JW Auto Care - Scottsdale

I found this place on the internet and I must say I hit the jackpot.Honest, Professional,fair, knowledgeable,is what JW Auto care is all about.Ive been back for simple repairs and the service just keeps getting better. I noticed that they've been in business since the 60's and it's easy for me to see why! It's nice to find friendly,honest , trustworthy auto care service that knows their stuff . Highly recommend this family owned auto care business !!

Brought in my Xterra for a clutch issue and was helped by Scott. I found the care and work to be excellent! They provided me a ride to and from my home. Way more than expected. Very happy! I will definitely be doing business with them in the future!

I've lived in Scottsdale for 20 years and I've tried many auto shops over the years with ho-hum results. Until I found JW Auto Care--what a world of difference! Yes, these guys do care about the customer and their work is excellent and their prices are fair. You'll notice the difference the moment you step into the shop. Clean waiting room and friendly folks. Do yourself a favor and seek these guys out.

My friend recommended me to JW auto and even thought it's almost a 30 minute drive I would definitely go back! They were very friendly and when I last went to just a regular chain place for my oil change they told me I had over $1000 in repairs to do. JW auto looked at my car and told me my car was actually in great condition but that I had a nail in my tire and that my tires will need to be changed relatively soon. I seriously appreciate an honest car place! Not to mention they gave me an oil change for CHEAPER than the chain place and gave me $10 off my next service AND left a cute thank you note with mints in my car. Win, win, WIN!

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about JW Auto Care! From the minute we walk in the door someone is greeting us, and checking in on how we are doing. Everyone takes such good care of us, and they are completely honest on what needs to be done on our car. They will start monitoring items on our car, but will not push us to have them done. They truly take care of us when our car is with them, and I cannot express how much that means to us! Scott and Johnny always go out of their way to talk with my kids when I have them with me. They always have a little treat for them too, which makes my kids day! I have never been to a place where everyone is treated so well. We have been with JW Auto for over 5 years, and we will not take our cars anywhere else!

I have taken all my vehicles to Johnny and his guys for years. They are thorough and professional. They always take the time to explain to me what's gong on with my vehicle, whats urgent and what is not. This is key to the trust I put in them. They don't seem to be as interested in getting every dollar they can out of every job, as much as they seem interested in forging a long term relationship with their clients. What more could one ask of his mechanic?? I highly recommend them and plan on using their services for the foreseeable future.
