I first heard of JW Auto from another satisfied customer, and a good friend of mine about 10 years ago. I have been taking my vehicles to Johnny ever since. I always get a very transparent review of the work to be done and the costs involved without any pressure or manipulation. No matter what the car may be in the shop for, they always check the entire vehicle to let me know what's what and if any thing else is showing wear and tear, or what may be coming up in terms of required maintenance. I appreciate that they do this without being pushy. I have price checked them in the past, and they are ALWAYS tons of money cheaper than a dealer (especially with foreign cars like BMW and Toyota) and competitive if not less expensive than everywhere else. I never feel misguided or cheated. To that end, I refer everyone there, and even my fiancé feels comfortable talking with them. She has never felt any intimidation or condescension from anyone at JW. It's a family business, and it shows. All the employees remember names, are polite and cordial, and above all- professional. Plus? When your car goes in for work they give you a ride back home, and pick you up when it's done.
