JW Auto Care - Scottsdale

This is a top notch shop who is the best I have ever found for communicating with me about what was going on with my car. They have 11 bays, so they can get you in quickly for minor or major repair work. I dealt with Scott and Johnny and they are both very professional and easy to work with. JW Auto Care went out of their way to give me a good deal on things and keep me a happy customer. I highly recommend them no matter what your automotive needs are.

Hands down the most professional, competitively priced, clean, knowledgeable and dependable shop in town. From the time of inspection to my car getting fixed it was an effortless process that gave me the power to select the route to go based on my budget and needs rather than being told how it is going to be. Johnny and his team has earned my families business from here on out, thank you for knowing my cars will always be safely on the road.

Love these guys. I had AAA in my garage for an estimate on a new battery. Called JW Auto and they were able to give me an estimate and would be able to provide service that day for my Prius. Within and hour all was completed . . . Not to mention the Thank You carnation . . . Nice touch.

The first time I've ever received flowers and candy from an auto repair shop! This is an example of the level of customer service at JW Auto Care. We're visiting Phoenix and needed immediate service and the guys at JW did an excellent job of explaining what was needed and getting the job done as quickly as possible. Because parts were needed, we had to leave the car overnight and were pleased to have transportation home by Marcus Taylor who is pleasant and courteous and another example of the type of exemplary employee at JW. They all tried to make a difficult situation as painless as possible. If we lived in the Phoenix area, this would be our go to service shop.

WOW! I live in Tucson and found a car in Scottsdale. I wanted to get it checked out before I bought it. Johnny and his team did an awesome job. They inspected the car and took photos and gave estimates for any problems they found. I brought the paperwork to the dealer and had concrete evidence for negotiations. I recently moved back to the area and found JW through the weekly mailer that I usually throw away. They had great reviews so I figured I'd give them a try! I visited last week to get my car tuned up (the winter special) and everyone was so nice. I was able to drop my car off and it was ready in a very reasonable amount of time. They gave such a personable experience and even cleaned the inside of my vehicle! I am very satisfied with how thorough they were and I am very glad I found a trustworthy shop to take my car to from now on.
