JW Auto Care - Scottsdale

Dropped by for an oil change and received the "red carpet treatment" even as they were so busy they fit my car in... so glad I found this shop for my car! Service wonderful, and the valet service so helpful. This will be my "go to" shop now for my happy car.

I recently had work done on our '97 Toyota Avalon which needed tidying and general engine/transmission tweaking. Additionally, much to my surprise, they advised that they could effect repair of the window-tinting film which had detached on one window and was a great annoyance. Indeed, it was fixed, the exterior tidied up, and I will keep and drive this car until I drop. Or until the State sez, "You're done!" Thanks again for a great service!

Easy on my mind to go to a honest mechanic shop...

Everyone on the staff was incredibly kind and respectful. I appreciated how transparent they were as they checked my car. I was brought out and walked through all the potential issues with my car and felt like I walked away knowing more about my car and proper maintenance. They were very thorough. I'm normally very cautious of mechanics because I've heard stories of some overcharging people, but I trust these guys. I would highly recommend!

Johnny and the guys did a great job taking care of my jeep. Another repair facility tried to convince me My jeep needed over $2,000 worth of repairs. I took it to JW Auto Care and my jeeps problem was fixed for $180! Honestly and integrity is what you get with JW Auto.

I had a great experience with JW Auto Care. When I called, I spoke with Jim and he told me to come in right away. Scot helped me through the rest of my visit. He was genuine, honest, and provided great information to help me understand what was going on. He was also very patient while dealing with my Warranty company. I did have to return shortly after because of more vehicle issues but I honestly don't think I will go anywhere else after this.

Johnny and his veteran team took great care of me from the very beginning. His shop closes at 6 and he called me back after hours to finalize my quote rather than going home and calling me back in the morning like most shops, if you get a call back at all. The pricing was competitive, transparent and provided options with reasons rather than just telling me what I needed to do. Upon dropping off my car at his large shop my car got in as scheduled and I was shuttle to work promptly. Once picked and and brought back to the shop my car was finished as promised and best of all, fixed right the first time with Johnny showing me everything that was done under the hood. I know these guys care and are good at what they do based on lots of other experiences. Thanks Johnny, you've earned my families business in the future, glad we found you.
