At Jim Winter Auto they definitely represent themselves in a courteous and professional manner. Despite my super hectic schedule they mamaged to squeeze me in the next day and did the repairs as needed which overexceeded my expectations. Now my car drives as smooth as ever. The prices were fair which they gave me a call and disclosed the estimate of anything needed before repairs were made which is a plus and they always kept me in the loop of whats happening with my vehicle. I would definitely recommend thier services.

Customer service is amazing!

What a great experience! Scot was up front, honest, and thorough from the start. He really took my concerns and budget into consideration, and communicated throughout the process, even taking care of a temporary registration pass while all the details and repairs worked out. Price was great, service make this an easy recommendation. If you need an oil change, more significant work, or even an inspection before buying a used car - get in there now!They even came and picked me up at work when my car was done. Great experience all around, and we'll continue to bring our vehicles in whenever service is needed.

Moved across the country and didn't have a mechanic to go to. Looked online and found JW and decided to give it a chance. Had a flat tire and was driving on a spare. Within minutes of pulling up John and team were working on it. Patched the tire instead of charging me for a new one. Even went above and beyond and checked the pressure/filled the air on all the tires. Great customer service! I will be using them for as long as I live in Arizona.

a good experience! I only had a certain time for them to fix my car and every effort was made to finish on time! Something else went wrong a few days later and they worked with me to get it looked at in a very short time frame. I was also impressed with the text asking me if the car was working well after the fix. (always love the flower too)
