Moved across the country and didn't have a mechanic to go to. Looked online and found JW and decided to give it a chance. Had a flat tire and was driving on a spare. Within minutes of pulling up John and team were working on it. Patched the tire instead of charging me for a new one. Even went above and beyond and checked the pressure/filled the air on all the tires. Great customer service! I will be using them for as long as I live in Arizona.

a good experience! I only had a certain time for them to fix my car and every effort was made to finish on time! Something else went wrong a few days later and they worked with me to get it looked at in a very short time frame. I was also impressed with the text asking me if the car was working well after the fix. (always love the flower too)

I recently took my 750i in for new rear breaks and an oil change. The service here is above and beyond. They were easily $100 less than any previous quote I received, and gave me a ride to and from work. All work and recommendations were explained in detail. I will never take my car to "the dealership" again. Jim Winter Auto Care has my business.
