JW Auto Care - Scottsdale

After months of repairs and $$$ at another auto care, my Infinity would continue to stall out. Finally I had it towed to JW Auto Care. It was my 1st encounter with this facility. Their care and concern was so professional and kind as they kept me informed of their progress with my unique repair situation. Finally my car is home, runs beautifully & is spotless. Even flowers on the dashboard - a nice touch in these hard times. Thank you all at JW for making this a somewhat pleasant process instead of a dreaded one!

I took a vehicle that I was looking to purchase from a private party to JW auto care was very impressed with the customer service that I received. They were fast efficient hard-working and were very helpful when it came to looking at what needed to get done to my vehicle. I will absolutely be returning to JW auto for any other auto needs!

They are amazing. I was helped by Scott and they did a wonderful job with my Toyota Corolla that needed an alternator replacement. One thing that stands out is that they care. They suggested that I get my car towed because of the unknown as I could get stranded in 100F+ (not fun). Also, they sent me such a detailed analysis of what's good and what needs repair next day. It's the little things that they do that makes them better than other shops that I have previously been to in my opinion.

Staff was very nice and communicated everything to me throughout the process. Very fair prices and professional staff. No complaints at all!
