I've been bringing my cars here for thirty years. The people here are courteous, efficient, and honest. As a woman I know nothing about car repairs. Gas, oil and tires that's about it so honesty is a big issue for me. Johnny and his crew have never tried to sell me something I don't need. Thanks guys , you're the best.

Only issue experienced is shop gets so busy they need to work on getting back to customers when vehicles have been completed. Callbacks to customers quite often do not happen.

Nice staff and did great work

At Jim Winter Auto they definitely represent themselves in a courteous and professional manner. Despite my super hectic schedule they mamaged to squeeze me in the next day and did the repairs as needed which overexceeded my expectations. Now my car drives as smooth as ever. The prices were fair which they gave me a call and disclosed the estimate of anything needed before repairs were made which is a plus and they always kept me in the loop of whats happening with my vehicle. I would definitely recommend thier services.

Customer service is amazing!

What a great experience! Scot was up front, honest, and thorough from the start. He really took my concerns and budget into consideration, and communicated throughout the process, even taking care of a temporary registration pass while all the details and repairs worked out. Price was great, service make this an easy recommendation. If you need an oil change, more significant work, or even an inspection before buying a used car - get in there now!They even came and picked me up at work when my car was done. Great experience all around, and we'll continue to bring our vehicles in whenever service is needed.
