Jim Winters Auto Shop always does great work and has a knowledgeable, friendly staff. My recent experience was just as reliable and efficient as previous experiences here. I like knowing that I can count on them to keep my cars running well.

Great staff, and very knowledgeable. Had front suspension, shocks installed, transmission serviced, Plug change, and rear differential serviced on 2002 Dodge Ram 1500, Truck drives and runs great, very pleased with work and turnaround time. 1971 Chevy C10, had extensive work done on front suspension, rear end, transmission serviced, brake lines replaced, to name a few things. The Staff was very meticulous on the work they did on my classic and went above and beyond the original scope of work that was discussed. Very pleased with how the truck runs and drives now. I would highly recommend This shop for any repairs you need done.

I've never been treated with such courtesy and care. First of all, the waiting room has an unbelievable cozy atmosphere that is clean and quiet. I actually was able to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. Then, Johnnie came out and sat down in the waiting room with me and engaged in conversation, told me a little about their company and said they would like to be my new auto repair shop. That was followed by my car being pulled up, heading in the direction to leave, with a beautiful deep purple carnation complete with baby's breath and greenery, including the water bubble and wrapped in cellophane as a thank you gift. WOW! I've told about 30 people already and I'm sure I'll be sending referrals their way. It was amazing.

Leaving the mints and flower in the glove box was a nice touch. I felt like I could have been talking to a family member; they made me feel very comfortable.

These guys are awesome! Definitely recommend them to anybody who needs auto repairs. I came in from out of town towing a trailer to a job site with no breaks, and no AC in a black truck with clear windows. There was four guys in there, we needed AC! I showed up at their shop at about 1 o'clock. They had everything diagnosed and new parts coming in for brakes and the AC within 45 minutes. They had everything back together, running properly before 530 of the same day. They where fair with me and didn't even take advantage of the situation where I was coming in from out of town. Best shop you could ever find!
