JW Auto Care - Scottsdale

My girlfriend got into a minor fender bender while she was cheating on me (I didn't know she was cheating on me at the time). Anyway, the car was in my name so after I left her, the guys here made it quick and easy. Even though the fact she wrecked it while cheating on me, they actually made it a little more enjoyable because now I have a new go-to place to get my car fixed.

Yesterday 3-14-17 I took my car In to JW Auto. Being from CA I don't have a local shop. My CA guy told me I needed a new air conditioning compressor and I decided not to spend the $$ seeing as how you don't need it that often by the beach. But I'm here for three months and it's 90 out so I decided to see what they had to say. Turns out I don't need a compressor, just a cooling fan. JW saved me $700!! Added to that these gentlemen are just so wonderful. I had a great feeling right from the beginning. They are so very nice, they explain everything, they don't push and the shop is so clean too. Then when I got into my car it was vacuumed and there was a single carnation bouquet on the seat. WOW. I wished I did live here just so I could depend on JW Auto. Just call them and save yourself all the trouble!!!!

The shop is incredible. They save me $700 because they told me the truth. I did not need a new compressor I just needed a fan. As a woman I just need someone I can trust with my car and my money and that's what I got!!

I have been a client of JW Auto Care for over 10 years! They have always treated me right and have taken great care of all my cars. I love the checkpoint list that they do that lets you know that all aspects of your vehicle have been attended to. They are always very friendly and knowledgable. They make sure that your vehicle is fixed right and do not have you spend extra money on needless repairs. They will let you know things to keep an eye on, or things that might need to be attended to on the next time in. I totally recommend them to all my friends and I, without hesitation, would suggest them for your next automotive care needs!

The only problem that i have is that I told the shop that the hose from the windshield washer container to the wipers was broken ( it was completely severed)and that there was no leaks from the motor or the washer container..also before the hose was completely severed when I touched it, fluid did drip out and onto my windshield from the wiper blades...indicating to me that there was no problem with the motor...with this said I was still charged a diagnostic fee of 50 something dollars when I already diagnosed the problem....I will still go back to this shop because they are great...They just need to be less aggressive on their fees when this type of situation occurs....hope to do business with them when the need arises...
