Best shop in town!!!

I have to start this review by saying that I didn't think this kind of awesome, genuine customer service even existed anymore. From the second I walked in I knew that these guys really cared about me and helping me get my SUV fixed and not about charging me whatever to just make more money. The way they explained things to tell me what they did showed they really worked hard on trying to figure out exactly the problem and not just start fixing things just because. I wish I had found this place sooner! I will never give my money to any other place when it comes to my car! I love that it is family owned and that I am helping out a local business. The day after my first visit I recommended my mom here for an oil change and she called me after talking to them on the phone and could feel the same level of quality care over the phone, and was even more amazed after her visit. This will definitely be our family auto care shop. Thanks Johnny and Scot!PSThey have a great referral and reward system!

The employees were very friendly & courteous. The overall atmosphere in the office was very pleasant. I have another appt scheduled in 2 weeks for additional work to be done!! I think that says it all!!!

I have been to Jim Winters numerous times, with numerous vehicles, with numerous issues. . Every time, I have been absolutely impressed ! They make you feel great ! They are always nice. . The mechanics are the best. . I have never had to bring a vehicle back. They have beat everyone's price, every time.
