JW Auto Care - Scottsdale

Yesterday 3-14-17 I took my car In to JW Auto. Being from CA I don’t have a local shop. My CA guy told me I needed a new air conditioning compressor and I decided not to spend the $$ seeing as how you don’t need it that often by the beach. But I’m here for three months and it’s 90 out so I decided to see what they had to say. Turns out I don’t need a compressor, just a cooling fan. JW saved me $700!! Added to that these gentlemen are just so wonderful. I had a great feeling right from the beginning. They are so very nice, they explain everything, they don’t push and the shop is so clean too. Then when I got into my car it was vacuumed and there was a single carnation bouquet on the seat. WOW. I wished I did live here just so I could depend on JW Auto. Just call them and save yourself all the trouble!!!!

I discovered JW Auto Care by receiving a mail flyer to my home and was enticed by their amazing prices, plus they are a locally owned, trustworthy auto body shop. I will say they went above and beyond to accommodate me and put the 5 minute in and out oil Change at any auto chain store to shame. It turned out to be the best experience I've ever had at an auto shop. They offered me a safe and reliable drop off and pick up to and from my oil change. They also washed my car and vacuumed the interior, rotated my tires, and gave me fair estimates for future services that I will be definitely coming back for to work with them again. After moving from California and never really being a "car person" they made me want to actually get my car in better condition and would highly recommend them to anyone in the Scottsdale/Tempe area.

Knew I needed a ton of work done on my car. Dreading to take it to a shop, I was left with no choice. I stumbled upon JW Auto Care & thought Id give it a shot. WOW from the staff to the fast availability to get my car in & fixed to the cost, I will NEVER go anywhere else. They took AMAZING care of me & my car! Their staff is the most friendly staff I've ever dealt with when it comes to shops. I recommend these guys to everyone I hear say they need work done on their vehicles. Way to go Johnny for running the best shop ever!

The staff there is AMAZING!!! They always make you feel like you're part of the family. This is the only place I have taken my vehicle since I found them. Great work!
