JW Auto Care - Scottsdale

Our family has been going to Jim Winter Auto Care since they opened. They are a VERY reliable car care service center. They explain everything that will be done, it is ready when expected, and if delays are necessary, they always let you know, they explain future issues that need to be taken care of but they don't pressure you to get them done until needed. The entire staff at Jim Winters is courteous and helpful - they really make you feel like a valued customer! I would HIGHLY recommend Jim Winters to anyone that needs a good and reliable car repair service center!!!!!

This place is one of a kind! Up front from the first phone call, they were professional and caring. They didn't push me into buying unnecessary things. Their prices are amazing and the customer service is beyond what I was expecting. A girl like me was intimidated because I know nothing about cars.
