JW Auto Care - Scottsdale

The only problem that i have is that I told the shop that the hose from the windshield washer container to the wipers was broken ( it was completely severed)and that there was no leaks from the motor or the washer container..also before the hose was completely severed when I touched it, fluid did drip out and onto my windshield from the wiper blades...indicating to me that there was no problem with the motor...with this said I was still charged a diagnostic fee of 50 something dollars when I already diagnosed the problem....I will still go back to this shop because they are great...They just need to be less aggressive on their fees when this type of situation occurs....hope to do business with them when the need arises...

Over the years, we have had our cars serviced and repaired at many shops. None have come up to the standards of service and cordiality that we have experienced at J.W. Auto Care. We drive two rather old cars that often exhibit a variety of symptoms which are difficult to diagnose. However, the crew at J.W. Auto has always managed to resolve the most vexing problems with which we have presented them. Moreover, they always manifest a genuine and warm interest in us as customers. As odd as it may sound, we almost look forward to having our cars repaired because we so enjoy interacting with the personnel there. In summary, we feel totally confident in recommending J.W. Touring musicians, heavy driving, critical part, saved our tour. While we were passing through town, on a tight schedule, Johnny and his team (special thanks to Scot) completed thorough diagnostics on our 2010 Toyota Prius, identified a faulty rear hub assembly and replaced it from his own inventory. The faulty hub assembly was my own purchase from Toyota that was installed a week prior. Johnny coordinated a warrantied exchange for my supplied part to replace his own inventory, keeping our costs down to labor only and keeping us on schedule. Exceptionally clean shop and waiting area, professional crew, same day service. This will be my go-to shop in the region.
