Jim Winter Auto Care gave e an estimate to replace the intake manifold!and related gaskets that was considerably less than I expected! They were ae to diagnose and repair my 2001 Expedition in an extremely timely manner. They provided shuttle service to me for drop off and pick up of my vehicle. I was very pleasantly surprised to find a few pieces of chocolate and a beautifully wrapped carnation in my truck upon pick up! I would most certainly use Jim Winter Auto Care again and will recommend it to anyone needing a good mechanic! Most importantly, as a woman, I didn't feel taken advantage of!!

The best place to take your car. I took the car to their place,they took me home. When the car was done they brought mycar back. With a live flower on the seat. They are the friendlyestpeople to work with that I have met and HONEST>

I had originally gone to one of those corporate style repair shops and had a nightmare of changing prices and "one more thing" wrong. Then on a recommendation I came to Jim W. The difference was night and day. The staff have always been extremely friendly and helpful right from the word go. I always understand exactly what needs to be done and how much it will cost. The work is always done the same day, and when I leave I have never felt confused about why something was repaired or replaced. The prices are straightforward and very reasonable. They are in it for the long-term customer, not the quick commission sale! My only regret was that I ever bothered to go to some other shop strictly on big name recognition. Highly recommended!
