JW Auto Care - Scottsdale

I am going to preface this review by stating that I don't write reviews but thought they were deserving. I will also state that my father is a mechanic in Illinois and I know the difficulty of finding a good mechanic. This is the third time I have been to this center and they continue to impress both in service and in quality. Scott,Johnny and Patrick were all great to deal with and were prompt in telling me what I needed.each time I referenced their suggestions with my father and he thought each recommendation was warranted and the pricing fair. I would highly recommend their service and will continue to take my cars there.

I noticed an unfamiliar sound coming from my car. I dropped it off and after several test rides from JW experts they found nothing wrong, I went to pick up my car and the owner himself asked me to take him for a drive in my car to see if I noticed anything different regarding the sound. And of course no unfamiliar sound. I will say this JW auto took extra time to make sure nothing was wrong with my car and I really appreciated their attention to detail.

I got great service and my car drives like a dream again. I will continue to bring it back whenever I need any auto services.

They are very thorough . . . and nice!

I have been going to Jim Winter Auto Care for 20years. They have worked on 3 different vehicles of mine. They are the most honest repair shop I have ever worked with. They are upfront with what needs to be done and what can wait to be taken care of. Even if you think something needs to be fixed, they will suggest you wait. To me that says, "We love to work on your car and make money, but it does not need to be done now." Johnny and his staff are the BEST!!

Jim Winter changed my oil, rotated my tires, topped all fluids even picked me up from work brought me back to Jim Winter shop as I had no ride to pick up my car. I tipped the friendly driver and was on my way home. Superior service from these folks is always appreciated.

It was the same excellent service I've received for the last 40 years. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else. They're the best.
