JW Auto Care - Scottsdale

Very friendly service. They took me home. Called with the price and made sure it was approved before work began. Car was clean and ready to be picked up when promised.

A friend recommended that I give JW Auto repair a try after a terrible experience at another shop. The owner and three technicians worked on my vehicle to determine the problem, discovered it was the starter, and replaced it. They went above and beyond their duties to ensure I was taken care of. The next day, the owner called me to make sure everything was functioning properly and that I was satisfied with the service. I could not be happier with the attention I received. I would reccommend this repair facility to anyone and everyone! It is truly an outstanding establishment.

A SHOP YOU CAN TRUST Finally, after many years and many cars I've finally found a shop that I recommend highly to everyone; my family, friends, neighbors & all. I came upon JW by happenstance after buying a used car from AAA. The sales location I purchased from takes all of their calls to JW Auto for inspection and repairs for years. Although I've never heard of them I gave them a shot for maintenance and a few minor repairs. At first I thought they wouldn't be able to get to me for days after seeing how many bays they had and how busy they were (Well, would you rather pull up at a restaurant that is full and busy or one with no cars in the lot?) but soon learned how quick and easy it was to get everything done. Talk about professional. They got me in right away and even offered a ride to work or home if I needed. They kept me informed every step of the way. The counter greeters (Scott and Jeff) are knowledgeable and friendly. The owner, Johnny is always around with a watchful eye. The price was very reasonable and everything was done fast and right without any further problems. I highly recommend JW Auto to anybody needing an honest, fast & fair auto service they can trust and brag about.

I have been with Jim Winter Auto Care for 20yrs, and not once have I had reason to complain. They have always been professional, honest, and helpful beyond expectations! I have brought all 5 of my cars over the years to them for every oil change and repair and I wouldn't think of going any where else. Great shop and good guys. Johnny and Scott helped me out with my vehicle and did a good job. Even when I had an issue outside of what I took it in for Johnny took care of me as well as calling and texting me for updates on my vehicle to be sure all was well. Will be a repeat customer.

I feel very comfortable taking my car to JW for repairs. They have a great staff and the prices are reasonable.

I have to start this review by saying that I didn't think this kind of awesome, genuine customer service even existed anymore. From the second I walked in I knew that these guys really cared about me and helping me get my SUV fixed and not about charging me whatever to just make more money. The way they explained things to tell me what they did showed they really worked hard on trying to figure out exactly the problem and not just start fixing things just because. I wish I had found this place sooner! I will never give my money to any other place when it comes to my car! I love that it is family owned and that I am helping out a local business. The day after my first visit I recommended my mom here for an oil change and she called me after talking to them on the phone and could feel the same level of quality care over the phone, and was even more amazed after her visit.
