A SHOP YOU CAN TRUSTFinally, after many years and many cars I've finally found a shop that I recommend highly to everyone; my family, friends, neighbors & all.I came upon JW by happenstance after buying a used car from AAA. The sales location I purchased from takes all of their calls to JW Auto for inspection and repairs for years. Although I've never heard of them I gave them a shot for maintenance and a few minor repairs.At first I thought they wouldn't be able to get to me for days after seeing how many bays they had and how busy they were (Well, would you rather pull up at a restaurant that is full and busy or one with no cars in the lot?) but soon learned how quick and easy it was to get everything done.Talk about professional. They got me in right away and even offered a ride to work or home if I needed. They kept me informed every step of the way. The counter greeters (Scott and Jeff) are knowledgeable and friendly. The owner, Johnny is always around with a watchful eye.The price was very reasonable and everything was done fast and right without any further problems. I highly recommend JW Auto to anybody needing an honest, fast & fair auto service they can trust and brag about.

It's very clear to me that the staff are very passionate about the type of work they do and the type of service you receive. I have taken my car to them for some repairs and I am confident that their work is both solid and guaranteed and their prices are reasonable as well. Long story short, they're good people and if you need an auto shop you can trust, then the folks at JW Auto Care are an excellent choice. They definitely go above and beyond in terms of exceeding expectations!

I was looking for a new auto shop when I moved to Scottsdale, but the local dealership for my type of car had terrible reviews, so I kept searching. I saw all the great feedback posted from JW customers and decided to give them a try. I've now taken my car there twice for oil changes and regular maintenance, and I'm really pleased with their overall service. They have a great staff, they'll tell you what they recommend for your car, but won't push unnecessary repairs on you. The charges seem very reasonable, and they even left a flower and thank you note in my car after their work is all done. I also recommended that my husband take his car in to JW after it was acting funny, and he was also extremely pleased with the service (and his car runs great now!). Very happy to have found a trustworthy auto shop in town!

Very friendly service. They took me home. Called with the price and made sure it was approved before work began. Car was clean and ready to be picked up when promised.

A friend recommended that I give JW Auto repair a try after a terrible experience at another shop. The owner and three technicians worked on my vehicle to determine the problem, discovered it was the starter, and replaced it. They went above and beyond their duties to ensure I was taken care of. The next day, the owner called me to make sure everything was functioning properly and that I was satisfied with the service. I could not be happier with the attention I received. I would reccommend this repair facility to anyone and everyone! It is truly an outstanding establishment.
