JW Auto Care - Scottsdale

Moving to Scottsdale from Cave Creek, one of my top priorities was finding a reliable auto shop. As a small business owner, I don't mess with big corporate companies, even if they may be a little cheaper - because I appreciate building relationships with good people. One qualm I do have, that can easily be fixed, is for the staff to "under promise and over perform more". Both times, I've been told a wait time of X, and it's been longer each time. If you just tell me it'll take a little longer, and get it done faster - mentally - it helps ease my frustrations. Otherwise, Johnny was extremely humble throughout, all of his guys are awesome, and he even texted me personally to make sure everything was ok. I will be back.

Probably the most caring and honest auto care place I've been to! I went into JW auto from a referral to get an alignment and they did a full inspection. They let me know that an alignment would be a waste of money because of a bigger issue the car had. My car is 15 years old so it made sense that it needed some new parts. The got it in and out in a day and even washed my car. A little surprise thank you rose was in the seat as well, nice touch. Another amazing thing that no other auto place does is check up to see if their handy work went well, thank you Johnny!

I had a wonderful experience for a last minute brake repair. JW Auto Care made my van's needs a priority to them and I really appreciate that. I will be back!
