Everyone was so friendly and willing to help out. They provide a complimentary chauffeur service if necessary back to your home or work so you can continue about your day. They picked me up in my car as a chauffeur service and made sure everything was working properly. Then throughly went into what they fixed with my car and made notes of what was an issue, but could wait to be fixed. They left a pack of Altoids with me as I left as a thank you and I was very pleased with them. Would recommend to anyone needing car service.
J W Autocare found and fixed two oil leaks on my 2007 Pontiac on July 15, 2016. I have all of my car care done there because I think the charges are reasonable and I am convinced they are honest. They always do a good job of keeping me informed of progress and cost.
I've been taking my cars to Jim Winter Auto for a few years now, and they are always timely, courteous, cost-effective, and explain what you need and why, but don't try to sell what you don't need. I would recommend to anyone.
