JW Auto Care - Scottsdale

I brought my car here today for the first time ever, based on positive online reviews. So glad I did. My car was ready before noon. Fast check out that included the results of their free inspection. Plus, they vacuumed out the car interior for me, which I didn't expect but very much appreciated. I'll be back!

My wife's car was in for an oil change. They (JW Auto Care's staff) spotted a slow oil leak from somewhere. They went through the diagnostic process even though there was a good chance that the actual repair would turn out to be dealership warranty repair.

They did a great job of getting me in and out! They were patient and informative while doing extensive checks and measures on my car. I really was delight by their service!

I have been using JW Auto for over 10 years now. I live in Avondale and bring my car to JW Auto because I trust the work that is done correctly and only if needed. Also they are very courteous when ased questions. And quick getting appointments set. I really appreciate you JW.!!!

I was able to easily get an appointment for the date and time I needed. The staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I took my vehicle in for an alignment. The day before I took it in my "check engine" came on. Had them check that out too. Staff explained what would be done with the alignment and what it would cost. After the alignment was done they called me to explain what the check engine light was about and what the results of the inspection. Had to have a thermostat installed. They got everything done by the end of the day. They washed and vacuumed my car and brought it right up to the office for me. Staff did a great job in explaining what was done and what could wait. Nice to find a reputable shop close to my office that I can have confidence in..

I have nothing but praise! I took car in for a check up before a long trip. I asked for tire rotation to be included. They said I didn't need one after checking everything out. It is a good feeling to be able to trust your mechanic shop. Very reasonable price for synthetic oil change.

I've been going to this auto shop for a long time now. I've know the two previous owners and the current one, Johnny Walker. I'll tell you, he knows exactly how to treat customers and they do an amazing job for such a reasonable price. Anyone who has a problem with their car and is looking to get it fixed, should definitely take it to this shop. Never will you be unsatisfied.
