I wanted to take a moment to thank Jim Winter Auto Care for all of their help with my Chevy Equinox.Being a woman going to any garage I always wondered if the auto specialist was just telling me that specific things were wrong with my vehicle to take advantage of me and my lack of knowledge but not at Jim Winter Auto Care!! Johnny at Jim Winter Auto runs a clean, professional and honest shop. Since this is one of the few areas that I lack knowledge in to debate a repair man regarding the repairs being made I was very cautious but Johnny took the time to explain all the details to me and answered all of the questions that I had. Just like everyone else, my car is my life and I must make sure that it maintains it's reliability. When I picked up my car from Johnny at Jim Winter Auto Care everything that was wrong was fixed and my vehicle was in excellent condition. On top of making sure that all issues are resolved I love the personal touch that they give which is absolutely amazing. When I picked up my Chevy was ready with the keys in the door and there was a purple carnation on the front seat waiting for me. I have never had a auto repair shop do this for me before so it stands out in my mind and I left smiling. I highly recommend that anyone take their vehicle to be repaired at Jim Winter Auto care.
