I have been a customer at JW Auto Care for 10 years. And I, literally, drive 10 miles one way to have our cars serviced there. The owner, Johnny, has always treated me with utmost respect. And Johnny holds high standards for all of his employees, that they, too, treat all customers superbly.I needed to go to the dealership to have something repaired that was under warranty. Johnny reminded me that the dealership might suggest unnecessary repairs. He advised me to bring the repair list to him. At that time, he pointed out that some repairs really did not need to be done. He had every opportunity to go ahead and say, "yes you should have this serviced." I would've had two mechanics telling me I needed something. And therefore would've been more likely to believe that the work needed to be done. But Johnny is always honest with me.This shop is clean and organized. And everyone is hard-working. You are welcome to wait for your car where you can notice how well employees are treated and how well they get along. When I am there for regular service, they are nice enough to take me to a local restaurant where I can wait with my laptop and grab a bite. When I am ready to leave, I am given a comprehensive list of all items looked at, Items that received attention, and items of concern that might need attention in the near future.I would highly recommend JW auto Care for all your automotive needs.
