Great service, they showed me a detailed report with photos of the current state of my car. My previous shop didn't warn me about every problem it had and should be addressed. They also offer a pick up service which is very helpful.

5 stars because you are treated like a family member or close friend when you have your car serviced at JW Auto Care. Trust is the most important aspect of car repair and they provide it. Whatever the issue is with your car JW provides you with pictures to show you exactly why or what is in need of repair or maintenance. Thanks to Johnny and the other staff for helping to reduce the stress that accompanies car problems.

These guys are the most legit shop I've been to so far in the valley.. Employee morale is very high. Very transparent with their work and what needs to be done. Not pushy. Very friendly, but genuine.. Not the fake type of friendly you see at a lot of places. I'm usually one who takes reviews with a grain of salt because I've been to far too many places with high reviews but everything was bad... Not at JW.. One of the few places where their high star rating actually MATCHES the services. I've been a car guy since before I had a drivers license.. I've dealt with so many bad shops in my life to the point where I do my own work if I can.. I'm definitely going back. These guys are so close to my house I consider them my neighbors. The report card they make for your car is very neat. Thank you!
