JW Auto Care - Scottsdale

My experience was 110% excellent!! This place is very clean, the staff is awesome, mechanics are very knowledgeable and the owner, Johnny, is a super stand up guy who doesn’t charge you for stuff you don’t need. Instead, he gives you a breakdown list with colors (indicating ergency) to let you know what you NEED to do in the future if you want a long lasting vehicle. He explained everything in a way that I understood. You even get a “thank note” in your vehicle with a box of Altoids. I finally found my “Go To” place for any and every service I may need done in the future. Thanks JW Auto Care for the good work well done and very much appreciated!

these guys kept me entertained, they got me right in. they were honest. seriously this is exactly what a customer would want when giving their cars over to a repair shop. if you don't live near old town scottsdale, just get your car towed here. you will not regret this. it's a positive environment!

My first experience with JW AUTO CARE was simply GREAT. The condition of my car was evaluated promptly by telephone and email. With my limited knowledge of auto mechanics the staff explained all the work needed to be done and why to my understanding and I appreciated this very much. Customer service transportation was terrific. AND...the flowers in my car at pick up was a delight! All work was completed satisfactorily and my car runs better than ever. I've already recommended JW AUTO to family and friends. It's a huge relief to have found reliable auto repair.

This was my first time using JW Auto Care and I couldn’t be happier! I normally dread going to a mechanic shop, but I smiled after my experience here. They were able to schedule and appointment for me within a day. In addition, they shuttled me from the shop to my work and back at the end of the day. After checking my car they texted me a report of the evaluation with what they recommended be repaired and the urgency. When I called to speak with them, on my own time, they weighed the urgency of each repair and clearly stated the price. Upon picking up my car they were very friendly, checked me out quickly, and left a flower and note in my clean car. I’ll only use JW Auto Care for all my future car needs!
