I have been going to J W Auto care for several years now and I am still amazed at their great service, fair prices and professionalism. They seem to keep getting better and better. I don't know how they keep topping themselves but they do. The work is always Right On without trying to upsale or find other items to add on. It is the little things they do without having been asked such as washing the outside of my vehicle and cleaning my windows which haven't been this clean for a long long time. I didn't notice all this until I started to drive away plus the little box of mints was a really thoughtful gesture. Johnny and all his great staff are all top notch. Mr. Welker has built a business model that someday I hope I can emulate to my own business. Thanks guys

Great service, they showed me a detailed report with photos of the current state of my car. My previous shop didn't warn me about every problem it had and should be addressed. They also offer a pick up service which is very helpful.
