I first moved to Arizona about a year ago. As always finding a new auto shop is never easy but when I walked into JW Auto Care I felt right at home. The guys there provide incredible service and fair prices. I would never choose another shop and feel lucky to have found them.

I had an unexpected flat tire upon exiting the freeway. After googling the nearest tire repair center, I ended up at JW Auto. What a great find! They were more than happy to help me in my panicked state. Everyone from the owner (Jeff) to all involved were friendly and professional. I completely trust them with any issue you might have with your vehicle. GREAT service!

I always go to JW Auto Care- they have efficient service, documented feedback and a friendly staff! They even drove me to work in the morning and picked me up at the end of my work day so that I could get my car maintenance done. I ended up leaving with a great price for the service done, my car was washed and I was given a lovely carnation! Love this place!

First off, they got me scheduled on really short notice, which I appreciated. Once they had a diagnosis, they sent me a detailed email with all their findings, complete with videos explaining the specifics. The final repair bill was even a little less than what was quoted. All in all, I’m a very happy customer. I’ll be back.

JW Auto Care is wonderful! Not only did they provide me with a full 40 point inspection of my car so I could know exactly what was going on, but they also walked me through it so I understood each point of the inspection. My car is back to normal and I can't thank this shop enough for doing such an excellent job. I will be back anytime I need any type of repair. Customer for life!
