I dropped off my car for a scheduled oil change last week. Once they had done the free check of my car, they sent a text message with a link to a website that gives the details of the overall check, which I found very useful. Once my car was done, they were very friendly when I picked it up, plus they left some delicious caramel corn and a flower in my car, which made me smile. This is where we take our 3 vehicles for any repairs or maintenance. Thanks JW Auto Care!

They are always polite, good at providing guidance on what is needed, honest about what was necessary to get done, and straightforward about pricing. I was passing through greater Phoenix area on the way to Mazatlan and realized that I hadn't had a chance to repair my a/c on my truck before leaving Canada. Did a Google search for shops in the area and JW Auto Care was on the list. When I called them, the fellow who answered the phone said to bring it over and they would check it out. Long story short, it had a leaking high pressure valve so they replaced it and evacuated and recharged my a/c. Now that I'm in Mexico I sure am glad that I stopped in at JW AUTO CARE before traveling into Mexico. 2 thumbs up JW👍👍
