JW Auto Care - Scottsdale

I've taken my car to JW Auto Care for a few years now. I can't say that I enjoy visiting the mechanic's shop, but these guys have always taken great care of me (Scot, Jeff, and Johnny). They are welcoming, accommodating, honest, and they're prices are more than reasonable. Don't expect gourmet doughnuts and coffee, but these guys are fair, fast, and friendly, and that makes them great mechanics in my book. Give them a shot.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff explain in detail what could be done vs. what needs to be done. Considering the prices seem to be reasonable, unless your buddy works there, this is the place to go...

I am so happy i came here to have my brakes checked. The guys are so nice and they even have a car service to take you home! Pricing was far and i will be back for more services!! They also left a beautiful flower in my car!!

I'm new to AZ and desperately needed my car serviced but, was leery being a woman I didn't want to be pencil whipped for things I didn't need or unnecessary. I met Mr. Johnnie over the phone while working on another project. So, on my day off I just popped up like Hiiii:) no appt but, he and his team gave me platinum treatment from beginning to end! Stated he could fit me but, I'd have to wait...no problem. While I waited Mr. Johnnie dropped me off at a nearby restaurant to waste time (offered to pick me up but, I walked back:) came back took a few naps, chatted with his regular customers. At the end of it all my car had a complete check up done, new brakes, a very detailed (pics included) diagnostics list of what needed to be fixed ASAP and what could wait and the cherry on top was I had a pink carnation left on the dash by he and his team MADE MY DAY! Had it not been for Mr. Johnnie's initial interaction and professionalism with me over the phone I highly doubt that I'd be here writing this review. Mr. Johnnie and team you guys ROCK! I'm beyond thankful for you guys. Thanks!!

Sweet. Finally found an auto repair shop more interested in fixing my car than padding the bill. Top notch people with professional attitudes.

They definitely know what they are doing. A bit on the pricey side, but you will have your money's worth in quality
