I dropped off my car for a scheduled oil change last week. Once they had done the free check of my car, they sent a text message with a link to a website that gives the details of the overall check, which I found very useful. Once my car was done, they were very friendly when I picked it up, plus they left some delicious caramel corn and a flower in my car, which made me smile.
