JW Auto Care - Scottsdale

I have been visiting JW since 2014. After visiting for first time, there was never a reason to look for anywhere else.These guys are the best!. They are always polite, good at providing guidance on what is needed, honest about what was necessary to get done, and straightforward about pricing. Jonny and his service team always have great service! I highly recommend that anyone take their vehicle to be repaired at Jim Winter Auto care. You won't be disappointed!!

I dropped off my car for a scheduled oil change last week. Once they had done the free check of my car, they sent a text message with a link to a website that gives the details of the overall check, which I found very useful. Once my car was done, they were very friendly when I picked it up, plus they left some delicious caramel corn and a flower in my car, which made me smile. This is where we take our 3 vehicles for any repairs or maintenance. Thanks JW Auto Care!

I was passing through greater Phoenix area on the way to Mazatlan and realized that I hadn't had a chance to repair my a/c on my truck before leaving Canada. Did a Google search for shops in the area and JW Auto Care was on the list. When I called them, the fellow who answered the phone said to bring it over and they would check it out. Long story short, it had a leaking high pressure valve so they replaced it and evacuated and recharged my a/c. Now that I'm in Mexico I sure am glad that I stopped in at JW AUTO CARE before traveling into Mexico. 2 thumbs up JW👍👍

Love this shop and all their employees. They are honest and genuine and go above and beyond in service each time I take my vehicles in. As a new resident to Scottsdale I was very nervous and skeptical about finding a new mechanic shop to trust to work on my vehicles. JW Auto Care has brought me nothing but peace of mind since the very first visit. They have complete transparency and show you exactly what is wrong, and explain what needs to be done to fix it. They aren’t pushy and don’t try to up-sell stuff that doesn’t need work. They have offered me great advice when it has came to DIY projects on my vehicles and so much more.
