JW Auto Care - Scottsdale

I am a young woman who knows nothing about cars and I have never left an auto shop feeling more comfortable and confident than when I went to JW Auto Care. I cannot recommend them enough! I had a slight A/C issue and they saw me within the same week. They ran a full diagnostic as part of their normal procedure (no added cost) and did not pressure me to do anything else to my car other than the A/C repair. I originally got quoted for the same A/C repair at the dealership I usually go to for $150 more than what JW Auto Care charged me! Several weeks later, my A/C is still running perfectly and they even offered that I come back in so I could get a checkup to ensure everything still looks good. These guys are the real deal when it comes to great trustworthy service and honest work. I will absolutely come back for any future services needed, and I know what will be due in the coming months from their very clear and comprehensive photo report which allows me to choose when to replace/repair anything whenever I am ready for it (vs. being forced to do it at other shops)

The service is always AMAZING here!!! The dealership had told me I needed a $3000 repair ASAP.......I was stressing out about it for a couple of weeks but I decided to get a 2nd opinion, and I'm SO GLAD I DID!!! The repair was NOT URGENT AT ALL!!! Their honesty is one of the BEST things I love about this place- they could have stuck with what Toyota told me but they DIDN'T!! As always, they explained everything in detail and it all made sense. They even took me to work (at Raintree and the 101!!) and picked me up!! I love JW and I will continue coming here even when I move to Avondale! 😃😃😃

These reviews don't lie. When my car failed emissions I chose JW Auto Care based on their stellar reviews and the 4.9 star rating. Unfortunately, my check engine light came on before I got to them, signaling something new was wrong. Initially, my car issues were obscure and complicated, taking longer than usual for them to solve. Thankfully JW Auto Care was able to identify the problem after many hours of labor. They provided me a free loaner vehicle in the meantime, and the owner even provided some services free of charge. They are fair and honest and I cannot thank them enough for fixing my Mustang and allowing me to get more years out of it. Thank you Johnny, Ryan, and the rest of the team.
