JW Auto Care - Scottsdale

Recently brought my truck in for an oil change, inspection and later for a shocks and struts replacement. The work is always high quality, and their communication is excellent. Definitely will continue going here for any future vehicle needs!

JW Auto Care is the best place to take your vehicle in the Valley. Their pricing is fair and they get great work done. I moved to the Downtown Phoenix area, but still take my cars here for service because they are that good. Ryan, Jim, Carlos, and the entire team are fantastic and take customer service to the next level. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

I decided to get my 2013 Hyundai Elantra GLS an oil change at JW Auto Care. They were a mechanic that I had never used before but was impressed with the representative that I spoke with. As my dealings progressed, I was continuously shown exceptional service. I was able to get a A+ oil change, and get my tire repaired with a huge new member discount. Jose was an outstanding employee and I was very honored and had complete confidence in him to do what was needed. The good folks at JW Auto Care have been helping my family keep their cars running since the 70s. They are great about working within a budget, keeping my old car running like new, and they are always friendly and professional. I especially enjoy the extra touches like washing my car and leaving flowers on the dash when they are finished.
