Holy cow, these guys are the best. Jim was nice enough two times I was in a rough situation with 2 different vehicles and did everything he could to get us his best price. If you’re in a Jam or even need a good place to get your car routinely maintained these are the guys for you. They’re not going to take advantage of you like the dealer and they’ll respect your time while keeping communication constantly open (unlike other places in the area that we had to take our car back from because we had no idea what was going on) 10 stars if I could

First time at JW Auto for repairs on 2011 F150. I’ve been researching for a shop, since becoming disenchanted with Ford dealership. JW was everything I’d hoped for and more. I really appreciated the extensive inspection with photos. They repaired the most urgent items and advised other needed repairs could wait. Honesty and integrity go a long way with me. What more could you ask for. I’ve already recommended JW to others.
