JW Auto Care - Scottsdale

Dropped my 06 Toyota for some work. The inspection list they give is the most in depth and thorough one I have seen. My service advisor, Ryan, was extremely awesome and helped me through everything. Customer service was outstanding. They even gave back the interior much cleaner than they found it! Also thanks to Patrick who was my tech! Will recommend to friends

I am extremely impressed with this place. I just got home from my first visit here and I had to write this and let people know of my experience. They were extremely detailed in checking out my vehicle and sent me a summary on my phone as well as handing me a hard copy before I left. They didn’t try to up sell anything or try to do work that was recommended. They were so hospitable and I had a few laughs. They really treat the customers very well and they are very honest. They also left a little thank you gift of Altoids and gave me $10 credit to use for my next visit. They also gave me $25 off for my first time thereI live in the West Valley and I definitely will be returning to JW Auto Care.

They did a good job and gave me flowers! Also $10 off the next job and $25 off my bill.

Top notch shop!

I’m blown away and so relieved with how amazing JW Auto Care was! The AC in my car just went out and I was in a panic looking for shop options. JW was recommended by my friend’s dad. I was able to get my car in much sooner than I thought I’d be able to, they worked with my warranty company to cover a large majority of the repair, and the repair was so much faster than I anticipated! The last time my car had been in the shop was a few years ago when it was at a dealership, and I was without my car for about two weeks… I was seriously bracing for that situation again! Ryan was wonderful to work with. He was communicative, honest, and straightforward. Again, I’m blown away at how nice and easy this experience was, as car repair has usually always been frustrating and confusing. The cherry on top of this great experience is that they washed my car when it was ready for pickup (my car was so shiny!) and they left flowers on my dash with a thank you note. I’ve never seen service like this and I am so impressed. Thank you Ryan & the whole JW team for taking care of my car! I’ll be back for the small things like oil changes – I hope I don’t have to be back soon for big things, but if I do, I know I’ll be in good hands!

I pulled into the shop five minutes until the business closed. I needed something checked out before my 3.5 hour drive outside of Phoenix. The guys greeted me, assisted me and fixed the issue in no time! Highly recommend. Carlos was so friendly and informative. I will be coming back for service whenever I am in the Phoenix area :)

After doing an extensive web search on where I could take my 2019 Honda CRV I decided JW Auto would be the best place to try. I had been “unsure” of my Honda dealer for over a year and didn’t want to use them any more. The people at JW Auto (all) are king, knowledgeable (experts) and thorough. They tell you everything and then it is all sent to you to pick which things you want to do now, which can wait. They are happy to give their opinion if you ask. Because I realized my Honda dealer had probably not changed my fluids in the 3 years I have owned the vehicle I decided to have that done before my road trip. Also, I just had my tires rotated and a rim fixed not to long before going here and my vehicle is out of allignment (I know why) and the pictures shocked me. Pictures of everything and “a La Carte”, color coded choices (green = good/nothing needed) and did I say NICE people? I waited this first time (small waiting area) and there was not one unpleasant employee there. Everyone was greeted when they walked in and even the mechanics greeted people and held the door open for them (if they were coming through). Think I have found my new auto service, even though I don’t live close! Thanks guys!

I've been consistently going to JW for all my automotive fixes for the past 3 years or so. At every opportunity, the people here have shown me nothing but A1 levels of professionalism, efficiency, communication, and transparency. I always feel as though I'm being treated with honesty and respect.
