JW Auto Care - Scottsdale

JW Auto stayed late so I could have my car towed to them after hours. They were timely with repairing my car and the actual cost was almost exactly what was quoted! Love these guys I would highly recommend them!

The best auto shop ever! Prices are reasonable and they always do thorough inspections. My favorite part is that they leave a flower on my dashboard for me which adds a sweet, personal touch and send monthly coupons in the mail towards future service. I’ve been going to them for the past few years and will continue to do so. I trust the guys at JW with all my car service needs. Thank you guys for being the best in town!

If you are from out of town and looking for a new trustworthy shop to take your car to JWs is the spot. Great staff, quick response time and very reasonably price. I will only be taking my car to JWs.

I was referred to JW Auto Care! I called and spoke with Jeff! He knew my referral mechanic! From the start he told me that I would be taken care of as family! He made an appointment for two days later! When I dropped my Ford Ranger truck, Jim listened to my issues. He told me exactly what would be done! I have never been treated so professionally at at repair facility! He called with their findings and estimated price and time frame for pick up! We spoke 4 times and every time I called either he or Ryan answered the phone. There was no phone tree and I could ask them my questions! I am very pleased and will use them again and will recommend them to my family and friends! Thank you Jim and everyone at JW!
