Great customer service! I have been taking my 4Runner and wife’s Toyota Solara here for over two years. They have been very helpful on keeping my 2002 4Runner running well. I am so happy I found this auto shop. I love the fact they have the same technician work on you vehicle.

Amazing auto shop! Always so helpful in giving an full break down and honest assessment on your vehicle. They are knowledgeable and don't try to rip you off. The guys are always kind and make sure you're taken care of, happy with your service, and have a ride if needed.

So pleased with all the work done on my Nissan Rogue! Had many issues that needed to be addressed…suspension, wheel alignment, brakes and needed new tires among other things. Carlos, the Service Advisor was so helpful…great customer service. Prices were fair and JW now has a new customer for life. Highly recommend!!

Complete inspection. Detailed reporting. Friendly team working at the front counter. Necessary repairs explained fully with options and safety considerations. Did not speak down to me like I didn't know anything. This is my new service team on my vehicle.

JW swapped out my old rims with new ones. In the process the manufactures recommended lug bolts did not work. JW went above and beyond to locate the proper lug bolts for my car and the new rims. Very professional and very accommodating. I look forward to having JW work on my vehicle in the future.

Thank you to Carlos, Johnny, and the rest of the J W team! I use to go to a shop in Tempe that I trusted dearly but it was getting to be quite far for back and forth travel with work as well. Not only did my previous shop recommend this place, but they also have done an amazing job every time I have taken mine and my partners car in twice a year. They are honest and if something is not immediate, they will let you know. Very affordable to other places and they provide some of the best service I have ever had when dealing with car shops!
