There aren’t a lot of business in Arizona that I trust, but JW Auto Care is the exception. All employees go above and beyond to make sure your experience is a positive one, all while making sure you receive the best service on your vehicle. 10/10, will always recommend.

These guys fully replaced my engine and were life savers. My engine was originally destroyed due to a mistake by another shop. Jim at JW walked me through the steps to file a claim with the previous shops insurance and took care of all the repairs. Their speed, quality of work and customer service is unmatched up

After getting a recommendation to JW Auto Care from another auto mechanic (that's always a good sign) I gave them a call and was asked to bring the car by and they'd work it in, which was perfect because I was in the middle of a cross country trip. While in the shop I had an opportunity to watch and listen to the team work with other clients both in person and on the phone, I was quite impressed. They were polite, courteous and respectful of their customers time, so much so that they even offered me a ride to where I was staying and even offered to pick me up when the car was finished. The car was delivered as promised and on time. JW's didn't stop there, they did a checkup on the car advised me of some things I need to keep an eye on and even did a follow it up with a text a few days later. Definitely some of the best service and follow up I've ever received, highmarks for JW's. I wouldn't hesitate using them again or recommending to others, top-notch service all-around!!!
