Best service!!!!! Extremely nice and Professional staff. Carlos, was very helpful. This is the only auto care shop I trust.

My boyfriend discovered JW Auto while searching for a shop to repair his AC. We were so pleased that we’ve each returned to them to receive second opinions (after being told by shops in our area that our vehicles required pricey repairs). I was told that I needed close to 3k of work done on my car. JW Auto inspected it and found that many of the issues reported by the previous shop were nonexistent. I was shocked and angry that this other shop was trying to make money off of me under false pretenses. I so appreciate that JW Auto saved me close to a thousand dollars! After his AC was repaired, my boyfriend had a similar experience with a local shop claiming he needed thousands in repairs as well. Again, his car went to JW Auto who told us that was not the case and they actually found other issues that really needed attention. We live close to 40 minutes away from this shop but will keep coming back for their friendliness, honesty, reasonable prices, and their ability to lend us a vehicle when our cars need to be in the shop for long stretches. It’s so helpful and convenient especially with us not being close by! Thank you so much to the entire team here for everything you’ve done for us!!

Finally! Someplace I feel good about...when we moved here 5 years ago, I was hoping to find a reliable auto repair shop. I know enough about cars to do a lot of my own repairs, but don't always have the right tools or knowledge to do some repairs. At my previous home, I had a mechanic that I knew when I took my car in, I would get an honest opinion and, if needed, repair job. Since moving here, we've been to 2 Ford dealers in the Valley and have left both of them frustrated and angry. Promising to never go back. JW Auto Care was recommended and we decided to give it a try. Instantly I felt like I was being given an honest opinion. We left the car for a couple days and the repairs were completed as promised. We will definitely be back when needed. Johnny (owner) followed up a couple days later to make sure everything was satisfactory.

They were great and got it repaired quickly and even washed my car. Gave us flowers too. I will definitely use them again.

This is my 3rd visit with JW and I can confidently say I have had an amazing experience every single time I have brought my car in. Carlos has been my advisor and he goes above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable and taken care of. No matter who you are working with you will be treated with respect and welcomed with a smile. They do not nickel and dime you, they always recommend what is most important to handle and what can wait. I come back to flowers, a washed car, and a coupon waiting for me every time. They are also very thorough with their inspections and will provide you the full report before they work on your car. Great service and great employees that deserve the business! :)

Super knowledgeable , honest, and treat customers with integrity and respect, they deliver an exceptional experiences that's above and beyond! I recently have a very bad experience with Big2 Toyota@ Chandler, thus my faith in auto-related professionals went down to toilets. Besides the diagnostic, my car needed the front axle replaced and a fuel pressure regulator. I took my car there for the fuel pressure regulator first, which was more involved & took 1 day to fix, but no problem, I just live a few miles away so they took me home and picked me up the next day when my car was ready. They performed the diagnostic free of charge (new customer) when they fixed the regulator & that's when they found out about the front axle. I took my car back for that & they had it ready in 2 hours. My car is running terrific now & I really appreciated the free rides that saved me the taxi fees!
