JW Auto Care - Scottsdale

I've been consistently going to JW for all my automotive fixes for the past 3 years or so. At every opportunity, the people here have shown me nothing but A1 levels of professionalism, efficiency, communication, and transparency. I always feel as though I'm being treated with honesty and respect.

JW Auto Care is the best place to take your vehicle in the Valley. Their pricing is fair and they get great work done. I moved to the Downtown Phoenix area, but still take my cars here for service because they are that good. Ryan, Jim, Carlos, and the entire team are fantastic and take customer service to the next level. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

I decided to get my 2013 Hyundai Elantra GLS an oil change at JW Auto Care. They were a mechanic that I had never used before but was impressed with the representative that I spoke with. As my dealings progressed, I was continuously shown exceptional service. I was able to get a A+ oil change, and get my tire repaired with a huge new member discount. Jose was an outstanding employee and I was very honored and had complete confidence in him to do what was needed. We were stranded. They found issue quickly. Clean professional shop. Even had a slushie for me in 114 degree weather. Highly recommend.
