Top notch service. Completely accommodating any sort of situation a customer may be in. I've never come across a mechanic that actually cares so much about their customers before.

Scott, Jeff and Johnny were great guys. Mine was a warranty repair and they got er done. Only issue was the Napa head office not getting the warranty paperwork in order. But that wasn't JW's fault. They allowed me a loaner vehicle , so I could get my kids to the airport and all was fine. Very Much appreciated.

Johnny and his guys at JW Auto were amazing! They were able to get my car in and serviced in a pinch when I called them last minute before heading out on a long road trip. They were efficient, communicative, and open. I will definitely be going back!!

I'm new to AZ and desperately needed my car serviced but, was leery being a woman I didn't want to be pencil whipped for things I didn't need or unnecessary. I met Mr. Johnnie over the phone while working on another project. So, on my day off I just popped up like Hiiii:) no appt but, he and his team gave me platinum treatment from beginning to end! Stated he could fit me but, I'd have to wait...no problem. While I waited Mr. Johnnie dropped me off at a nearby restaurant to waste time (offered to pick me up but, I walked back:) came back took a few naps, chatted with his regular customers. At the end of it all my car had a complete check up done, new brakes, a very detailed (pics included) diagnostics list of what needed to be fixed ASAP and what could wait and the cherry on top was I had a pink carnation left on the dash by he and his team MADE MY DAY! Had it not been for Mr. Johnnie's initial interaction and professionalism with me over the phone I highly doubt that I'd be here writing this review. Mr. Johnnie and team you guys ROCK! I'm beyond thankful for you guys. Thanks!!

JW Auto Care is THE best auto shop in Arizona. Johnny and his team are unbelievably friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Yes, sometimes they are a little backed up and may take a little longer on an oil change than Jiffy Lube, but this speaks to their overall popularity and quality of service. Highly recommended.
