Being new in town with auto problem - flashing light on dashboard - can be worrisome. First pulled into a Mieneke that day (close to where I had the problem) who gave me a list of things that had nothing to do with the flashing light! The next day I found JW preparing for the worst. They not only couldn't have been nicer but quickly diagnosed the problem and cleared the flashing light for a nominal charge. Since then I had another issue and they again came up with a solution and what I felt was a fair charge. They picked me up and dropped me at my house and couldnt have been nicer or more courteous. Im so glad to have found them .... Besides finding a good doctor(!) Finding a good trustworthy auto center sets my mind at ease. Google reviews on JW were spot on. Exceptional reliable auto care by people who care! Thank you JW!!

I have taken all my vehicles to Johnny and his guys for years. They are thorough and professional. They always take the time to explain to me what's gong on with my vehicle, whats urgent and what is not. This is key to the trust I put in them. They don't seem to be as interested in getting every dollar they can out of every job, as much as they seem interested in forging a long term relationship with their clients. What more could one ask of his mechanic?? I highly recommend them and plan on using their services for the foreseeable future.

I have driven over 1 million miles in the last 35 years and know cars and mechanics very well- JW is just a great place- very thorough- they list top to bottom what you car needs and offer very fair prices- I have an older Buick thatI was ready to give up on- After a week there, it runs like a new car- AC blast ice cubes, suspension and brakes and solid-

I had such a great experience here! They were so kind and friendly while I was waiting for my car and they even cleaned the outside and inside while leaving a pack of pints with a thank you inside! Would definitely recommend!

Johnny and his team went above and beyond this week to repair my AC and some major engine work. They stayed late to finish the job so I could get it back for the holiday weekend. This is another reason why I only take my vehicles to JW Autocare. Thank you guys.
