My sister and I always take our cars here. We know they will give us the best deal and never try to over sale us on anything we don't need at the time. I was having troubles airing up my tire at the gas station so I stopped by unannounced and they helped me right away and with friendly smiles. Thanks JW.

I've lived in South Scottsdale for roughly three years and I'm seriously so frustrated I just now found out about JW. I have always brought my car to the dealership to get serviced but recently bought a used Lexus and thought I would try a local auto shop my roommate had talked a great deal about. He got me a coupon for my first visit so I thought what the heck. This place does the little things well. They will drop you off after you give them your car and pick you up when it's ready. They give you a handwritten thank you note for using them and a tin of mints. They show you the entire cost breakdown and never push any repairs on you. I honestly cannot day enough about this place. My pops always said you need three professionals in your life.. a doctor, a lawyer, and a mechanic. I fully intend on making JW my mechanic for life!

Been coming to JW Auto since 2007 and have never met anyone anywhere that didn't rave about the place. Understanding a lot of auto vernacular can be challenging, but Johnny translates it into common-speak so you're left feeling much more comfortable. Finding a professional, honest, and cheerful auto shop is like found money. That they take weekends off so everyone has family time probably accounts for the good natured folks you find there. I've always felt they do Scottsdale proud.

Johnny and the folks at JW Auto Care are fantastic! They are friendly, efficient, reasonbly priced, and truly care about their customers. They will not recommend a service that is not needed and take pictures of all the points of inspection for you to see! The owner even personally drove me home last time! You won’t regret your decision to bring your car here!

This place was great. Done in a timely manner and offered me a ride to the mall if I wanted. Just a short walk to Starbucks so that was my choice. Was the price quoted and was a fair price. Even left me a flower on the dash when I went and got the car. Would nightly recommend. Very friendly staff. Will be going back for my next oil change again.

Probably the most caring and honest auto care place I've been to! I got referred a year ago and have made them my permanent auto place!
