JW Auto Care - Scottsdale

First off, they got me scheduled on really short notice, which I appreciated. Once they had a diagnosis, they sent me a detailed email with all their findings, complete with videos explaining the specifics. The final repair bill was even a little less than what was quoted. All in all, I’m a very happy customer. I’ll be back.

Their service is always good. I will give them a Gold Star rating.

JW Auto Care is wonderful! Not only did they provide me with a full 40 point inspection of my car so I could know exactly what was going on, but they also walked me through it so I understood each point of the inspection. My car is back to normal and I can't thank this shop enough for doing such an excellent job. I will be back anytime I need any type of repair. Customer for life!

JW Auto always does a great job with my car. They have been the first auto shop that hasn't tried to scam me into more services, and they are truthful about what work does need to get done on my car. The guys are always welcoming!

I have had 2 awesome experiences with JW Auto Care and the last one was above and beyond. My battery died while at the car wash, a JW employee was next to me and offered to help, we could not get my car jumped from the portable charger, he returned to JW and sent another guy out with their portable battery starter and was able to get my car jumped. I immediately brought my car to JW and they were able to replace the battery within 1 hour. I will always be bringing my car to JW Auto Care!
