JW Auto Care - Scottsdale

I've taken my car(s) to JW auto care now for several years and have always had a fair, honest, and professional experience with them. I would recommend their services to anyone including my friends and family.

Very helpful & honest! My suspension was making all sorts o creeks & groans, so I took it into JW Auto care. They took a look & said it's just the cheep suspension on my car but nothing actually wrong. Took five minutes & didn't charge me. Very happy with their honesty since I know nothing about cars.

Scott, Jeff and Johnny were great guys. Mine was a warranty repair and they got er done. Only issue was the Napa head office not getting the warranty paperwork in order. But that wasn't JW's fault. They allowed me a loaner vehicle , so I could get my kids to the airport and all was fine. Very Much appreciated.

JW Auto Care is always honest and does great work. I will continue to take my vehicle there for service. Thank you.

I can't say enough great things about JW Auto and their staff. I came across them quite by accident last year and have been going back ever since for all my Chevy's service needs. They are very customer-oriented and their work goes above and beyond so why would I go anywhere else. Plus...they give their employees the weekend off to enjoy their families. Awesome bunch of guys!!

I use JW Auto Care for all of my major repairs because I know I can trust them. The people there love what they do and just want to fix your car and get you back on the road, with quick, efficient and economical service. I appreciate the approach to look for repairs first, before moving to the full replace on various parts. Few shops have the time and patience for that, and would rather get the mark-up on a full replacement part. JW Auto care is different, and CARE is a big part of what they do.

Was stranded at a Wal-Mart that refused to help me with my tire. Called these guys, they picked me up, mounted my tire and got me on my way. Everyone was super nice and they treated me like family.
