Whatever the issue is with your car JW provides you with pictures to show you exactly why or what is in need of repair or maintenance. Thanks to Johnny and the other staff for helping to reduce the stress that accompanies car problems.

These guys are the most legit shop I've been to so far in the valley.. Employee morale is very high. Very transparent with their work and what needs to be done. Not pushy. Very friendly, but genuine.. Not the fake type of friendly you see at a lot of places. I'm usually one who takes reviews with a grain of salt because I've been to far too many places with high reviews but everything was bad... Not at JW.. One of the few places where their high star rating actually MATCHES the services. I've been a car guy since before I had a drivers license.. I've dealt with so many bad shops in my life to the point where I do my own work if I can.. I'm definitely going back. These guys are so close to my house I consider them my neighbors. The report card they make for your car is very neat. Thank you!

So grateful to have found JW Auto Care! They worked diligently through a situation with me, respected my opinion, and integrated what I had to say into the plan of repair. They were VERY thorough, courteous, and informative throughout the process. I have found a new trusted place to take my vehicle. So happy!

They take good care of my car and always greet me with a smile. They let me know what repairs are needed and an estimate of those repairs. They are very accommodating in having my car ready when I need to pick it up.

Great service, friendly staff and all around great experience. I highly recommend this auto shop.
